Great hauls! Were you able to get your items in store or online? The shipping online seems kind of slow to me - I'm still waiting for my Happy Snails items to arrive, maybe sometime tomorrow. The deliveries through Vera have always been through FedEx SmartPost for the standard shipping, so the postal service delivers the final items, and they are always at least a day later than the initial anticipated delivery date.
ReplyDeleteVera does have some extremely slow shipping. I'm a huge online shopper because of where I live. Vera Bradley has relatively high shipping prices and slow shipping speed. I tell myself that not everyone ships in a nice box with your items wrapped in tissue so that takes a while and adds cost. I don't expect my Ribbons purchase at all this week.
ReplyDeleteI got my stuff in store. I try not to order online if I can help it. I agree, super slow shipping, and in my opinion their shipping is way too high. I've mailed many a package in my lifetime so I'm very familiar with the prices. I mean $8 to ship some decals? Come on!! But I have found a cute little boutique that's closer than my local Vera store, and they have stuff the store/online is sold out of.
ReplyDeleteMy retailer is minutes from my house! She's really nice and she even has layaway with a really relaxed policy. The only thing is she is always sold out of what I am wanting, lol. You can seriously score in her sale stuff though! I can tell her what I want and she will give me a call when it gets in. I can't wait for VBP and R&B to go on sale. I'm going to hit her store so hard lol.
