Vera Bradley Pattern Survey: Possible Spring/Summer 2014?

I have never been lucky enough to receive a Vera Bradley pattern survey, but a wonderful Instagramer Crissytina20 was kind enough to share these photos, and to give us permission to post them here for everyone to see!!

So what does everyone think?

  1. I got to do the survey too! I was so excited! What's weird though is there are a couple patterns in your blog that I didn't see? Like the second from the bottom with the gray flowers. There must be a whole bunch that the surveys show.

There was a Christmas-y one in the survey I did. Kinda cute, I think it would be great for the holidays. I didn't take a pic but maybe I can scroll back through.

My faves are #2 and #6. I'm also intrigued by the rooster one. I like the colors and shapes enough that I might be able to get past the fact that I owned an accessory with roosters on it. :)

  2. Maybe everyone gets different patterns? I'd love to see the ones in yours. There are quite a few I like, but once they are made into a bag it could be a completely different ball game lol.

  3. Your pictures are much better than was up on another blog. Maybe they will look better as purses and totes. Looking at your pics one or two appeal to me, but nothing is a real standout. Kind of feel that I will be "settling" so may not want to spend the money. Rather get out one of my "classics" that goes with my clothes. Not sure if any of these patterns would blend with my wardrobe.

  4. For some reason I'm drawn to #7 badly! I love how it's paisley shaped but it's made of flowers..I dunno it's just pretty! I can see myself wearing it on a busy day, it'd probably go great with jeans. The art lover in me is feeling #13 too, it reminds me of that Piet Mondrian painting with red yellow and blue.

  5. CH- thank you!! I was extremely lucky with the pics, a very nice lady allowed me to use them and they are pretty!! There are a few I like, but overall they are very different than what Vera normally does. Maybe that's what they are going for? Who knows these could all be fake to trip us up, lol.

Shay- oh wow. #7 would go great with jeans!! #13 is my fav, I'm a purple lover!!

  6. Not sure I'm a fan of any of these (although I feel like I say that at all the previews end up loving them in person). I guess it's not a bad thing - I've made 3 Vera orders this month alone, hah!

  7. Amber- I say that every time I see a new pattern, I vow it's the ugliest thing I've ever seen and I will NEVER own it, and then I buy every single one!!

  8. I love the first pattern and the black and white with the random pops of color. Looking at these back to back to back is a little hard on the eyes, though. lol Thanks for sharing!

  10. I really like the next to last one with the gray and brown colored flowers in it. I really like some of the more basic colored vera bags because they go with more outfits. Thanks

    1. That one is very different from what Vera normally does. There's this chevron one that VeraObsessed saw and I really really like it!!

  11. Sad. I don't LOVE any one of them. I don't understand why Vera Bradley is suddenly obsessed with everything having a super dark background. Ie. Blacks, browns, navy blue, and grey. I just don't think that's a food idea!

  12. For being spring/summer patterns I feel a lot of these are really dull and dark. I want brighter colors (neons?) and fun patterns!

  13. i can see the darker backgrounds being good for not showing dirt as much. these do seem dark fro spring/summer though! love the roosters!
